How It All Started
The journey began when Frank Guadagno (Founder) called Paul Rizzo (Founder) in 2018. Frank's sister was leaving for work when she noticed she had a flat tire. She called multiple roadside companies, but all had hour-long wait times. While Frank was away at school, he had no option but to call and ask a friend for a favor. While Paul was on his way over, the thought set in. "Why is there no application to dispatch and alert towing companies when people have a roadside issue?"
