How It All Started
The journey began when Frank Guadagno (Founder) called Paul Rizzo (Founder) in 2018. Frank's sister was leaving for work when she noticed she had a flat tire. She called multiple roadside companies, but all had hour-long wait times. Frank being away at school had no option but to call and ask a friend for a favor. While Paul was on his way over, the thought set in. "Why are there no innovative tools or platforms that streamline communication and coordination between roadside recovery companies and drivers in need, improving efficiency and response times?" A marketplace for roadside services.
